• Develop, write, modify, integrate and test code and Web application interfaces

• Make sure the code quality is good and improving

• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions

• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation

Necessary competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate (Engineering,

Computer Science, IT) is preferred

• In depth knowledge of backend technologies in at least one of the following languages: C++, Cython, Java, Python, Go

• A strong work ethic with the utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed

 Role expectations 

• Design, construct, modify, integrate, implement and test data models and database management systems

• Operate database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis

• Perform descriptive analyses and produces summaries and analytical reports

Necessary competencies

• A degree in computer science, math, economics or business

• Computer programming experience is an asset

• Excellent understanding of analytical concepts and problem-solving skills

 Role expectations 

• Design interfaces (UI/GUI design, wireframes) that provide users with an interactive, informative and engaging experience

• Iteratively translate concepts into sketches, wireframes and prototypes to establish a strong user experience vision 

• Explore design solutions based on quantitative/qualitative customer research and experimentation to deliver an optimal user experience

Necessary competencies

• A university degree in visual arts or college diploma program in graphic arts is required

• Experience with some industry standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, InVision, or other related design tools)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Role expectations 

• Establish and expand sales connections with both current and potential clients

• Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms

• Create sales pitches, proposals, and other relevant materials to showcase the advantages of the product

Necessary competencies

• Experience in sales or in a technical occupation related to the product or service is an asset

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Excellent computer skills and typing speed
