• Develop, write, modify, and test code supporting the FIRASSA application and its web interfaces.
• Modify and maintain web application components to support system functionality.
• Identify technical issues affecting the application and participate in resolving them.

Necessary competencies

• A bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in web development.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

 Role expectations

• Design, implement, and maintain database systems supporting the FIRASSA application.
• Develop and manage data models used by the application.
• Analyze database performance and data processing activities.
• Generate reports supporting the application’s financial analysis and risk assessment features.

Necessary competencies

• A university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience working with database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages is considered an asset.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs for the FIRASSA application.
• Design interface elements that support usability and navigation within the platform.
• Analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improving the application’s interface.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve the platform’s functionality and visual design.

Necessary competencies

• A university degree in visual arts, graphic design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Promote the FIRASSA application to small business owners and independent professionals.
• Identify potential clients and present the product’s features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms with prospective clients.
